Inter-co-oper, in the framework of European cross-border cooperation programmes, deals essentially with projects aimed at promoting the local socio-economic development, through operators such the Local Governments and Regions. Inter-co-oper therefore, provides assistance to these entities, both in the first place, during the submission of the suggested project, and during the implementation phase of the project.
