Realization of trade missions abroad of italian enterprises and institutions
Programming of the mission project;
Actions of promotion towards the foreign firm and entities (Chambers of Commerce, Embassies etc.) to be involved;
Co-ordination with the Italian and Foreign partners during the planning of the event;
Technical assistance during the days at work;
Planned workshops to show the business opportunities of the involved economic systems;
Arrangement and coordination of the shipping of commodities (take contacts with the shipping enterprise, assistance to the Italian firms for what concerns the required documentations of selling goods abroad);
Planning and co-ordination of on-site visits at the foreign firms;
Assistance post-event to the enterprises in order to develop the interactions;
Arrangement of the final descriptive and financial reports to the partners and to the Ministry of the International Commerce.
